Interim Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

Leading the financial planning cycles during a seasonal leave period, the Interim Senior Manager, FP&A will manage the reforecast and annual budget processes, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery of materials in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the August reforecast process, coordinating inputs across departments and developing decision-ready materials for the Finance Committee and Board
• Oversee the annual budgeting process, refining inputs and ensuring the final budget is prepared for leadership review and approval
• Manage and support the Financial Analyst, providing direction and quality control across all FP&A outputs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience, with a preference for familiarity with non-profit budgeting
• Strong ability to synthesize financial data into executive-ready materials
• Experience managing timelines and coordinating cross-functional inputs
• Proficient in validating and refining financial models built by others
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Vena Solutions software platforms is a strong plus
