Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim VP of Growth & Search Marketing Contractor to lead a team of marketers and execute Paid Search Marketing during a maternity leave coverage period.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of marketers across various marketing functions
• Oversee acquisition strategy and execution to meet growth objectives across multiple channels
• Manage Paid Search channels to drive new customer acquisition and achieve budget targets

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing with a focus on digital acquisition
• 4+ years of recent experience managing Paid Search programs with significant monthly spend
• Expertise in paid social, digital advertising, and SEM/SEO
• Experience in growth forecasting and attribution modeling
• Desire to actively engage in hands-on work while leading a team
