Job Summary
Seeking an experienced strategic leader, the Interim VP of Marketing & Communications will oversee external communications, media relations, and brand stewardship in a temporary, remote role for six months, ensuring continuity of marketing efforts during a leadership transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of integrated communications and marketing strategy while ensuring consistency in messaging and brand positioning
- Manage executive visibility efforts and relationships with external PR partners, ensuring effective media relations
- Lead the Marketing & Communications team, overseeing project deliverables and maintaining operational clarity during the interim period
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing and communications, including leadership roles at the Director or Senior Director level
- Proven ability to maintain continuity of execution in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, particularly in shaping executive communications
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience in digital marketing channels and data-informed communications strategies
