Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interior CAD Designer with experience in luxury hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design team in developing concepts and detailed design documentation for luxury hotels and resorts
Produce accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and CET Designer
Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to coordinate design execution and conduct site visits

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
2+ years of professional experience in interior design, focusing on hospitality or high-end residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and CET Designer; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Revit is a plus
Strong understanding of space planning, FF&E sourcing, and technical drawing standards
NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is a plus
