Interior CAD Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interior CAD Designer with a strong background in hotel interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in developing concepts and detailed design documentation for luxury hotels, resorts, and residential interiors
• Produce accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and CET Designer
• Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to coordinate all aspects of design execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of professional experience in interior design, focusing on hospitality or high-end residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and CET Designer; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Revit is a plus
• Strong understanding of space planning, FF&E sourcing, and technical drawing standards
• NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is a plus
