Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interior CAD Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design team in developing concepts and detailed design documentation for luxury hotels and resorts
Produce accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and CET Designer
Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to coordinate all aspects of design execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
2+ years of professional experience in interior design focused on hospitality or high-end residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and CET Designer
Strong understanding of space planning, FF&E sourcing, and technical drawing standards
NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification is a plus
