Interior Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interior Design Manager to lead their Interior Design and CAFM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation of requests, set priorities, and define project scope while assigning work for timely execution
• Coordinate project scope development, budget formation, and schedules in alignment with business partners
• Review project budgets and vendor contracts, driving continuous improvement through process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of real estate experience, including three years of leadership experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of real estate experience, including three years of leadership experience
• Experience managing a team and delivering multiple projects, including complex initiatives
• Knowledge of Interior Design and AutoCAD
• Experience in driving organizational change and implementing new processes
