Interior Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Designer to develop documents, drawings, and diagrams that meet client requirements and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and confirm preliminary space plans and design concepts
• Determine the selection of colors, materials, and finishes to convey the design concept
• Coordinate with allied design professionals and assist with contract administration

Required Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of design experience in the commercial real estate industry
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent certification
• Experience in space planning using Revit
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Skills in coordinating Audio Visual and specialty consultants
