Interior Designer
Job Summary
To support strategic workplace planning, the remote Interior Designer will develop space plans, manage Archibus databases, and create AutoCAD drawings while collaborating with stakeholders on office moves and space reconfigurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop space plans, occupancy plans, and furniture layouts
- Manage and maintain Archibus space management databases
- Create and update AutoCAD drawings and facility records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar full-time position
- Expert-level proficiency in Archibus, AutoCAD, and CAP Studio
- Bachelor's degree specializing in Interior Design
- Experience producing facilities and alteration drawings
- Knowledge of ADA, ABA, NFPA, GSA, AIA, ANSI, and applicable facilities standards
