Intermediate Analytics Developer
Job Summary
To support an AI-focused team, the full-time Intermediate Analytics Developer will build and maintain user-facing reports, develop data models in Google BigQuery, and apply statistical techniques to provide insights, all while working remotely from Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain user-facing reports to help customers understand their workforce and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models and pipelines in Google BigQuery, utilizing partitioning and clustering for efficient reporting
- Apply statistical techniques to deliver meaningful insights and support data-informed decisions
Required qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in BigQuery and Looker
- Experience with Python for data tasks such as scripting and data engineering
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and LLMs for automation and data cleaning
