Intermediate Architectural Designer

Job Summary

Producing technical drawings and construction documents for high-volume retail rollout projects, the full-time Intermediate Architectural Designer will work remotely, focusing on design compliance, project documentation, and collaboration with technical staff for a large national brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overall technical design and review engineering drawings for compliance with design solutions
• Create and finalize floor plans, elevations, and architectural details for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
• Produce and review construction documents, ensuring adherence to budget and project timelines

Required qualifications

• Graduate of architecture school or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Documentation
• 3-5 years of experience preferred, with a focus on retail project or rollout experience
• Strong Revit skills are required
• Intermediate knowledge of design principles and architecture detailing
