Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst specializing in Pharmacy Analytics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile requirements workshops and document business and system requirements
• Own product requirements, manage project plans, and provide status reporting to stakeholders
• Implement solutions leveraging ML/AI and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience translating complex business problems into detailed requirements
• 3+ years of experience planning and managing solution delivery in distributed environments
• 3+ years of experience with enterprise databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
• 3+ years of experience creating complex system/data-flow diagrams using tools like Visio
