Intermediate Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital merchandising across Publix.com and the Publix app, the full-time Intermediate Business Systems Analyst will manage the end-to-end merchandising strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize product presentation to enhance the shopping experience in a hybrid work environment based in Lakeland, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute digital merchandising strategies for orderable products, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer needs
• Plan and maintain key site merchandising touchpoints, including homepage content and promotional banners
• Analyze sales trends and merchandising performance to optimize content and product presentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on identifying solutions
• 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce roles
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform merchandising decisions
• Experience presenting insights and plans to leadership
