Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Claims Specialist/Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the initial processing and follow-up of life and/or annuity claims
• Prepare new claim files and monitor for requested information on pending claims
• Mail claim forms and correspondence to beneficiaries or representatives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of claims or related processing experience
• Good understanding of claims and insured search protocol
• PC proficiency to handle high volume processing
• Organizational skills
