Job Summary

As the primary point of contact for customers, the full-time Intermediate Customer Care Representative will provide accurate information regarding retirement, life, and annuity investment products while working remotely in a dynamic team environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer calls and provide personalized service related to retirement, life, and annuity investment products
  • Research and locate information using multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries effectively
  • Document customer interactions and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of call center or customer service experience, or one year of financial services industry experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written
