Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Database Reliability Engineer (US).

Key Responsibilities

Manage, build, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-based database infrastructure
Implement automation processes to reduce toil and improve database system management
Provide database support to engineering and SRE teams, including performance troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with relational database systems
1+ years in a Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure; Azure preferred)
Coding and automation experience
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible or Terraform
