Intermediate Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Intermediate Graphic Designer for a full-time remote position in Colombia, who will create engaging digital and print assets, including email marketing, display ads, animations, and social media posts, to enhance user experiences and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive sales
• Utilize industry-standard tools to develop creative concepts and solutions that improve user engagement and conversion rates
• Research and apply current marketing trends to create content that aligns with business goals and metrics

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on sales
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of Figma and advanced After Effects techniques as a plus
• Experience in a digital marketing environment, particularly with e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, and visual design culture
