Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality IT support for employees and manage key systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, managing tickets and ensuring a high-quality support experience
  • Manage and maintain macOS and Windows endpoints, enforcing security policies and compliance standards
  • Administer user identities and access provisioning, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and executive support
  • Proficiency in managing tickets and workflows using the Atlassian suite, particularly Jira
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and user management
  • Hands-on experience with Okta for user provisioning and SSO configuration
  • Familiarity with MDM administration, specifically Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune
