Intermediate Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Intermediate Machine Learning Data Engineer will deploy and maintain innovative solutions, build data pipelines, and operationalize machine learning models to address complex business challenges within Customer Experience Services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support data science models and ensure efficient access to multiple data sources
• Package and deploy new or updated machine learning models to production, utilizing large language models for generative and agentic AI applications
• Research and share advancements in data and AI technologies to enhance organizational capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in software design and programming
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and tools such as Linux, Python, Git, and SQL
• Proficiency in building APIs and containers, specifically using Flask and Docker
• Ability to understand business goals and apply AI/ML models to achieve them
• Self-motivated with a capacity to recommend and implement new tools and technologies as needed
