Intermediate Process Architect

Job Summary

Utilizing facilitation and communication expertise, the full-time Intermediate Process Architect will analyze and design current and future state processes, execute change management strategies, and foster cross-functional collaboration in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design processes while identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and develop strategies to address resistance to change
• Integrate organizational change management activities into project schedules for smooth implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, social sciences, business, technology, or a healthcare-related area
• 3+ years of experience in business process improvement and change management
• Proficiency in requirements definition and analysis, as well as business process testing
• Knowledge of information technology, process improvement, and change management techniques
• Change Management Certification (PROSCI) or Six Sigma certification preferred
