Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Intermediate Software Developer will engage in all software development activities within an Agile team, focusing on code development, technical leadership, and collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to software development by collaborating with team members and ensuring deliverables meet technical standards and quality practices
• Mentor junior developers and participate in peer review activities to foster a collaborative learning environment
• Assist in building and executing integrated unit tests, produce thorough documentation, and address bugs to ensure high availability and reliability of products

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of relational databases and their application in software development
• Proficiency in Python with demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality software
• Experience delivering at least one feature end-to-end in collaboration with other developers
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and their role in web development
• Excellent written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
