Intermediate Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Accounting Automation & AI Team, the full-time Intermediate Software Engineer will design and build scalable cloud-native systems, integrating AI capabilities to automate complex business processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible hybrid work environment based in Lakeland, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade technology solutions focusing on system performance and usability
• Utilize modern engineering practices in a cloud-first environment, including CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams in both Agile and traditional delivery models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, and C#
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Experience working in a cloud environment such as Azure
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools
