Intermediate Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

To support DLA's mission, the full-time remote Intermediate Subject Matter Expert will provide analysis and technical direction on complex problems, guiding project teams and developing innovative solutions in the field of Information Technology and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the successful completion of major programs, potentially serving in a project leadership role
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and creativity
• Apply extensive technical expertise and knowledge of related disciplines to provide direction and alternatives on executive-level project teams

Required Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant experience in EDI/XML electronic data exchange and specific logistics functions
• First-hand knowledge of DoD policies, business procedures, and transaction standards related to military logistics
• Understanding of DLA Distribution Depot and Materiel Management operations and their supporting automated information systems
• Possession of at least an IT-II security clearance or a current NACLC at the time of proposal
