Intermediate Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Corporate IT team, the full-time Intermediate Systems Analyst will implement, optimize, and provide ongoing support for Epic applications, collaborating with stakeholders to design solutions and maintain system stability in a primarily remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimize Epic applications supporting ambulatory workflows
• Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to design solutions and resolve issues
• Create and review training documentation while facilitating user training sessions

Required qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of experience with modern technology and application support
• Epic Ambulatory Certification with build experience in one or more modules
• Demonstrated understanding of information technology fundamentals and SDLC
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
• Commitment to ongoing training and development in technical and business capabilities
