Intermediate Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Intermediate Systems Engineer will maintain systems, provide end-user support, and participate in projects while contributing to documentation and seeking process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve moderately complex end-user support issues with guidance from senior team members
• Complete assigned project-related tasks, including time tracking and documentation updates
• Assist with maintenance and upgrades, contributing to disaster recovery plans and demonstrating initiative in learning new technologies

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience with complex systems environments through education or practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform standard IT procedures and protocols
• Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including network, server, and cloud platforms
• Understanding of network security principles and experience supporting enterprise systems
• Commitment to continuous learning through technical training and professional certifications
