Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, and translate business needs into automated system requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and create PMO and FMO process documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and document automation opportunities
• Manage product backlog and ensure final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost

Required qualifications

• BA/BS with 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery
• Proven experience in data gathering and analysis for app rationalization
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization
• Proficient in technical writing for business requirements and implementation strategies
