Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst will conduct user research, create process documentation, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify and implement scalable system improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research and create end-to-end PMO and FMO process documentation
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and document automation opportunities
• Manage product backlog and ensure requirements are clearly mapped to business value and measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• BA/BS with 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile methodologies
• Proven experience in data gathering and analysis for application rationalization and optimization
• Expertise in creating development-ready Epics and Features with associated acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in technical writing and collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams and Confluence
