Job Summary

Joining the Talent & Transformation Team, the part-time Intern Strategic People Advisory will support the development of innovative HR strategies and processes for various clients, working closely with experienced consultants in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the transformation of HR organizations and processes, focusing on performance and talent management
• Support consultants in implementing strategic initiatives while collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation of customized HR tools and participate in international projects aligned with client objectives

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a focus on analytical or quantitative disciplines such as Business, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics, or Sciences
• Previous experience in a consulting environment, particularly in HR, is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an interest in strategy and HR intersections
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and teamwork abilities
