Job Summary

As the Internal AI Operations Engineer, this full-time remote position will intake, prioritize, and execute requests for AI-powered internal tools across the organization, ensuring solutions are secure, version-controlled, and user-friendly for non-technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Intake, prioritize, and execute internal AI tool requests from stakeholders across the organization
• Build and ship internal tools using AI APIs and modern deployment platforms
• Audit and document existing integrations to improve reliability and data flow

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in building and shipping internal or external tools in a SaaS or tech environment
• Experience working with AI APIs and LLMs, including integration and management of API keys
• Proficiency in deploying applications using platforms like Vercel and managing code in GitHub
• Experience translating business pain points into technical solutions across multiple functions
• Strong interpersonal skills to train and support non-technical teams in adopting AI tools
