Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for the Internal AI Team based on departmental needs and leadership priorities
• Run the AI Champion & Leader network, collaborating with department heads to shape quarterly AI goals
• Build and manage the AI skills framework, ensuring effective processes for authoring and sharing skills across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional change in a high-growth software company
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to prototype solutions effectively
• Strong technical understanding, including familiarity with APIs and data flows
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
• Experience in running programs or initiatives from inception to execution in ambiguous environments
