Internal and Executive Communications Senior Lead

Job Summary

A company in the Creative Services industry is seeking a Internal and Executive Communications Senior Lead.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated internal communications strategy that builds employees' understanding of the business and their role in future growth while maintaining a sense of culture and connection
• Lead a team of internal communications professionals, continuing to scale impact across the company while supporting each individual's goals and growth
• Create meaningful, engaging content for key moments, such as All Hands, AMAs, Leadership Offsites, Manager Summits, product launches, Hack Weeks, and more

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal or external communications, preferably in the tech industry or comms agency
• Previous management experience required (2+ directs)
• Strong understanding of messaging strategy, storytelling and narrative development within an organization
• Highly motivated and driven with a strong sense of purpose and hunger to solve complex problems
• Extraordinary attention to detail and excellent writing and communications skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and distill information, even amidst ambiguity
