A company is looking for an Internal Audit Professional Practices Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and modernize the internal audit methodology strategy through technology-enabled solutions
• Enhance the internal audit methodology to align with Global Internal Audit Standards and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a mentor and coach, guiding team performance and ensuring high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of relevant experience; 8+ years preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) preferred or expected within a defined timeframe
• Extensive knowledge of internal audit standards and risk-based auditing
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new practices
