Internal Audit Analytics Associate

Job Summary

Joining the IT Internal Audit team, the full-time Internal Audit Analytics Associate will execute data analysis, validate IT and security controls, and produce actionable reports while working remotely with quarterly in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute in-depth data analysis by writing complex SQL queries against Snowflake and other internal data platforms
• Validate system and model changes through comprehensive testing and document results for stakeholders
• Design and enhance metrics dashboards to measure IT and security system performance, providing insights to the Internal Audit team

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role at a technology, consulting, financial institution, or fintech firm
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to write complex SQL queries and work with large datasets in platforms such as Snowflake
• Working knowledge of IT operations, security infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs
• Experience testing or validating data ETL workflows, including data completeness and accuracy checks
