Internal Audit Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Audit Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute internal audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to department and professional standards
• Engage with stakeholders, establish strong working relationships, and report emerging control issues to management
• Mentor and support the Internal Audit Team, prepare audit reports, and monitor implementation of recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance in the financial services industry
• Professional audit designation (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA, etc.) preferred
• Experience with Agile Auditing and Data Analytics is a plus
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain space is a plus
