Job Summary
Internal Audit Manager, responsible for leading internal audit activities in a full-time remote position, ensuring effective risk management, operational compliance, and audit quality across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the planning, direction, and execution of internal audit efforts
- Identify and assess areas of risk related to cost, schedule, quality, and operational effectiveness
- Write, review, and edit audit reports, discussing findings with management for accuracy and relevance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Typically 10+ years of auditing experience
- Some supervisory or leadership experience
- Working knowledge of standard accounting techniques and principles
- Knowledge of business systems and practices in the engineering and construction industry
