Job Summary

Internal Audit Manager, responsible for leading internal audit activities in a full-time remote position, ensuring effective risk management, operational compliance, and audit quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the planning, direction, and execution of internal audit efforts
  • Identify and assess areas of risk related to cost, schedule, quality, and operational effectiveness
  • Write, review, and edit audit reports, discussing findings with management for accuracy and relevance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Typically 10+ years of auditing experience
  • Some supervisory or leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of standard accounting techniques and principles
  • Knowledge of business systems and practices in the engineering and construction industry
