Job Summary
Leading a team of auditors, the full-time Manager, Internal Audit will oversee audits in the Insurance Products area, execute the audit plan, identify risks, and provide coaching and development to staff while working remotely or from designated office locations.
Key responsibilities
- Review audit work papers and communicate results with actionable recommendations
- Proactively inform management of significant risks and provide coaching feedback to team members
- Direct the audit implementation and analysis of test procedures across multiple projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 or more years of audit experience
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Successful track record in project management and facilitating cross-team collaboration
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
