Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Audit Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and implementation of change initiatives for the Internal Audit department
• Oversee audit team data analytics and manage audit technology platforms
• Conduct advanced data analyses and prepare reports for executive leadership and audit committees

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile methodologies, CPA or comparable designations preferred
• Minimum seven years of experience in business optimization or a related field
• Experience leading teams and initiatives in project or program management preferred
• Experience in external or internal audit processes preferred
