Internal Auditor

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Internal Auditor, this remote position will manage and evaluate the effectiveness of operations, processes, and internal controls while providing objective recommendations for improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops audit scopes and selects appropriate steps for operational and internal controls audits
• Reviews processes and practices for compliance with approved audit plans and proposes recommendations for improvement
• Coordinates with external auditors and maintains the integrity of the Internal Audit database while generating necessary reports

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in claims, eligibility, or related industry work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
