Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services, sales, or business development
• Preferred exposure to retirement plans or financial advisor distribution
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
