Internal Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Collector to manage deficiency balance accounts and support customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect on and manage deficiency balance accounts
• Persuade customers to set up payment arrangements and settlements
• Maintain accurate customer contact information and support additional service requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and prolonged phone use
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15mbps download speed
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
