• 5-7+ years of internal communications experience, particularly in Technology or Product-led organizations
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives for diverse audiences
• Experience executing internal communications strategies in Agile or high-growth tech environments
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with tech-stack tools, including Google Suite
