Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Communications Consultant with expertise in information security and organizational change management for a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Write internal newsletter articles and develop content for security awareness
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to communicate complex technical topics to a non-technical audience
• Execute phishing campaigns and analyze metrics from security programs for reporting and improvement

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal communications, particularly in information security or technology
• Ability to translate technical information into clear messaging
• Familiarity with SOC and GRC concepts or involvement with security awareness programs
• Experience with change management methodologies like PROSCI and ADKAR
• Comfortable building and interpreting metrics using platforms like Tableau
