Key Responsibilities:

• Develops content for town halls and leadership forums
• Supports employee listening sessions and internal campaigns
• Creates and manages collateral for employee storytelling and LinkedIn strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of strategic communications experience
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with senior leaders
• Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic communications plans
• Solid organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Experience working across teams in a matrixed organization
