Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of internal communications experience in a company of 500+ employees
• Experience producing and coordinating large-scale all-hands or town hall meetings
• Strong narrative thinking and ability to frame content meaningfully
• Expertise in slide design and visual communication
• Proficiency in using AI tools for drafting and ideation in communications
