Job Summary
Partnering with executive leadership, the full-time remote Internal Communications Coordinator will manage company-wide communications, maintain a communications calendar, and support training logistics to ensure a well-informed and connected workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, including announcements and newsletters, reflecting company culture and voice
- Coordinate logistics for training programs and manage content for the company intranet to enhance employee engagement and resource accessibility
- Support change management communications during organizational initiatives and track training compliance for leadership visibility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related HR functions
- Demonstrated experience managing a company intranet and familiarity with LMS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint and Teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
