Job Summary
Partnering with executive leadership, the full-time remote Internal Communications Coordinator will draft and distribute company-wide communications, manage a communications calendar, and support training programs to ensure a well-informed and connected workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, including announcements and newsletters
- Maintain a communications calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging across channels
- Coordinate logistics for training programs and manage content for the company intranet
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or training coordination
- Experience administering a company intranet such as SharePoint or Confluence
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like BAI or Docebo is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
