Key Responsibilities

• Elevate internal communications strategy to enhance team experience and alignment
• Develop and enforce internal communications guidelines and manage All Hands and Town Hall meetings
• Advise senior leadership on effective communication strategies and ensure alignment with brand messaging

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a dedicated internal communications role
• Experience in internal communications for a mid-sized B2B software company
• Proven track record in managing employee communications
• Strong skills in slide creation and animation; video skills are a plus
