Internal Communications Director

Job Summary

As a full-time remote opportunity, the Internal Communications Director will define and implement Vanta's internal communications strategy, ensuring all team members understand key messages while managing communication infrastructure and company-wide moments.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver Vanta's internal storytelling and key messages
• Build and manage the internal communications infrastructure, including channels and best practices
• Own and execute key internal events and announcements, ensuring effective communication across the organization

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in internal communications strategy, preferably in high-growth companies
• Proven track record in building and executing internal communications strategies
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for translating complex topics into clear messaging
• Experience collaborating with People/HR teams on sensitive communications
• Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership effectively
