Internal Communications Lead

Job Summary

As the Internal Communications Lead, the full-time remote role will manage internal communications strategies, develop executive content, and enhance employee engagement through various channels while shaping the company's narrative around AI and fintech opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the internal communications strategy, including All Hands and major updates, to ensure alignment and clarity across the organization
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives, crafting high-impact communications for significant company moments and initiatives
• Develop and maintain the internal communications operating model, including channels, cadences, and content types to optimize information flow

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications within a fast-paced tech environment, preferably with founder-level collaboration
• Proven track record of building or scaling internal communications programs and systems
• Strong executive presence with experience in advising senior leaders on high-stakes communications
• Familiarity with AI tools in communications and experience developing AI-related narratives
• Experience in producing engaging All Hands meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
