Internal Communications Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Internal Communications Leader, the full-time remote position will shape and enhance internal communication strategies, partner with executive leadership, and develop clear messaging frameworks to strengthen organizational connection and understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the internal communications strategy and governance in partnership with firm leadership
• Build and maintain an enterprise communications calendar that aligns with strategic priorities and key firm moments
• Create tools and resources for effective leader communication, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in internal communications or a related discipline, preferably in professional services or healthcare
• Proven success in building or evolving internal communications functions and programs
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to connect communications to business priorities and organizational culture
• Experience measuring communication effectiveness and using feedback to enhance strategy and execution
